Mukilteo Runner’s Club had an awesome group run today! We had 3 members (not including me!) run just over 4 miles. The weather was beautiful 🙂 Looking forward to starting a new evening group run time for our p.m. crowd.
Last night a few ladies and I had a food swap night. It was pretty amazing! We all took home turkey burgers, roasted veggie dish with brussel sprouts, pears, and shallots, garlic hummus, carrots, spinach (lol), and oven roasted cauliflower. Delish!!!
Kris and I looking really excited about our bounty. Thanks Kris for the yummies!
I’m hoping to keep the food swap thing going for a while. It’s so cool because we’re all helping one another out without having to buy or cook a lot. Plus, you get tons of variety! Our only criteria was that it had to be ‘clean n’ healthy’.
I’m officially on day two of my month of eating clean. I’m off to a good start, thanks to my food swap ladies!
We are looking for more people to join our food swapping extravaganzas. Shoot me and email or leave a comment if you want to join us 🙂
Ran part of this awesome loop last week!
Saw this lovely relic on the trail as well 🙂
Sorry for the long delay! Been pretty busy with work and the launching of two of my new programs, the Mukilteo Runner’s Club and my newest project, the Gold’s Gym Performance Academy. For those of you who know me, you all are aware that I am fitness enthusiast. My heart goes out to both of these programs because I love getting people active and getting people together. Isn’t life just more fun with other people? My running club is getting off to a great start. we’ve been busy running local trails every Tuesday morning in the Mukilteo area. For anyone who’s been part of our endevours, here’s something that might make you a little bit happy…

From this to…
well, to this!
Hey everyone! I’m super excited to finally be starting my blogging. I want to dedicate this blog to fitness and my adventures, but most importantly to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Without Him would not be able to do any of this. My hope is that you will not only find fun, effective workout information, but also a little glimpse of what a life of victory looks like. Blessings and happy working out 🙂
p.s. Stay tuned for my first official project/post!
